Eventhough AP Government has in budget crisis to pay the monthly salaries of authorised employees , the AP CM CBNaidu confirmed to pay a 43 percent fitment to the employees.
The decision took by AP after Telangana Government hiked salaries to its employees.
Initially,Telangana Government announced 43 percent pay revision based on the recommendation of 10th Pay Revision Commission (PRC).
Later, inspite of availability of low budget the AP CM forced to announce 43 percent fitment due to AP Employees threat to launch a state-wide protest. Hence, this Fitment of 43 percent will result in aditional burden of Rs 9,825.17 crore on the AP State.
