Putting a side their differences Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has decided to meet his Telangana CM K Chandrasekhara Rao on October 18. Chandrababu will go to the residence of KCR to extend personal invitation to KCR for the October 22 foundation laying ceremony for Amaravati.
Chandrababu told his Cabinet colleagues that he would meet KCR to hand over the invitation to him and request him to attend the Amaravati foundation laying ceremony along with his family members.
Ever since the cash-for-vote scam surfaced, Chandrababu and KCR avoiding face to face interactions. they dint meet the functions hosted by Governor E S L Narasimhan.
They log charges against each other personally. Under these circumstances, Naidu’s decision to meet KCR has caused a lot of curiosity.
It remains to be seen now how KCR will respond. Whether he would receive the AP Chief Minister well, leave alone attending the Amaravati function is now being talked about in political circles.
