The Reliance Jio Info Comm launched a campaign in the form of pamphlets and leaflets on its new products and use of mobile phones, need of construction of more towers and impact of radiation with the use of cellphones, at Pushkar ghats on Tuesday.
The pamphlets explained that there would not be any adverse impact with the use of mobile phones on the health and it was even confirmed by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and court verdicts. They also referred the comments of Department of Telecommunications and the Telephone Regulatory Authority of India.
The company officials said that in consonance with the Digital India campaign launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi Reliance would be launching the advanced 4G Internet with LTE technology to make available Wi Fi and broadband services shortly.
